These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Teflon Media (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). By booking, hiring, or engaging Teflon Media for video production, photography, content creation, or related services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear communication regarding project requirements, revisions, approvals, and deadlines. Third-party involvement is not recognized without written consent from Teflon Media.
To ensure a smooth production process, Clients are expected to:
Have locations, props, and talent prepared prior to the scheduled start time.
Secure any required permits or permissions for filming locations (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Provide accurate project details in advance so the team can bring appropriate equipment.
Any delays caused by unpreparedness may result in additional hourly charges.
All estimates are based on information provided by the Client. If conditions change or require additional time/resources, Teflon Media reserves the right to adjust pricing.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.
Any changes to scope (extra shoot hours, revisions, travel, or editing) may result in additional charges.
We may decline a project if, upon arrival, it requires services outside of our capabilities or agreed scope.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to the final balance.
Reschedules: Must be requested at least 72 hours in advance for major projects or 48 hours in advance for smaller shoots/sessions.
Cancellations: If canceled within the notice period, the deposit is forfeited. If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full project fee may be charged.
Emergencies/Weather: If unforeseen emergencies or severe weather arise, Teflon Media will make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit, Bank Transfer.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments are subject to a $25 service charge or 15% monthly interest, whichever is greater.
Returned/NSF checks will incur a $45 fee.
Teflon Media retains ownership of all raw footage, images, and project files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables are licensed to the Client for agreed-upon purposes (e.g., promotional, commercial, personal).
Clients may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute content without written permission.
Teflon Media reserves the right to use project materials for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless prohibited by a signed NDA.
Teflon Media will take reasonable precautions to protect equipment and deliver quality service, but is not liable for:
Delays due to weather, location access issues, or client unpreparedness.
Damages caused by third-party vendors, venue restrictions, or uncontrolled circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of attendees, talent, and locations during shoots.
Teflon Media is not liable for loss of footage caused by technical failure beyond our reasonable control (equipment malfunction, corrupted files, etc.), though best practices and backups are used.
Project fees typically include a set number of revisions (outlined in the proposal/contract). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the final product, Teflon Media will make reasonable efforts to correct issues in line with the project scope.
Refunds are not provided once production and editing have been completed, except at the sole discretion of Teflon Media.
By entering into an agreement with Teflon Media, the Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire Teflon Media staff, contractors, or crew for separate projects outside of this agreement without written consent. If breached, a $3,500 referral/training fee applies.
Teflon Media is committed to accessibility and strives to make its website and booking platforms user-friendly for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Fulton/Georgia.
